Type your text and give it a gradient

First, type the text that you want to make 3D, and add a gradient. The gradient opposite is BF2525 to FF6C00.

Add a gradient stroke and shadow

Add a stroke of 3px to your text and make it a gradient. To make it look 3D create a new gradient, mixing greys and whites and make the gradient type Diamond (uncheck the "Align with layer Box"). Add a shadow to your text to make it stand out more.

Add an inner shadow and inner glow

Add an inner glow of colour BF2525,
Blend mode Normal,
Choke 49,
Size 3.

Also add an inner shadow of colour White,
Distance 5,
Choke 0,
Size 0.

Add a secondary stroke

Hold Ctrl/Cmd and click the layer that your text is in. Choose Select > Modify > Expand. Enter the number that is the same size as your gradient, in this case it is 3. Choose Layer > New Fill Layer > Solid Colour. The colour does not matter. With the layer selected open the Styles window and select the "1 px Stroke 0% Fill Opacity" style. Change the stroke colour to 555555.

Add a final stroke

Hold Ctrl/Cmd and click the layer that your text is in. Choose Select > Modify > Contract and enter 1. Choose Layer > New Fill Layer > Solid Colour. The colour does not matter. With the layer selected open the Styles window and select the "1 Px Stroke 0% Fill Opacity" style. Change the stroke opacity to 60%.
